Before you start
By using jaqo.io or the JAQO app, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you can bind it. The consumer service is intended for people aged 16 or older; a minor must have any permission required by applicable law.
Interior, Kitchen, and Pro
JAQO lets you design and visualise rooms in 2D and 3D. Interior Studio supports free-form creation. Kitchen Studio guides room measurements, constraints, layouts, cabinets, and finishes before an optional quote request. JAQO Pro is a separate professional area.
Some features depend on a compatible device, connectivity, an account, or catalogue availability. Features identified as experimental may change.
You can start without an account
Guest projects remain on the device. An Apple or Google account enables available online features such as synchronisation. You must provide accurate information and protect access to your device and sign-in provider. Account deletion is available in the app.
Your projects remain yours
You keep your rights in projects, renders, and text you create. You grant JAQO the limited licence needed to store, process, synchronise, and display them according to your choices. If you publish a creation, this includes public display until you unpublish or delete it.
You must have the necessary rights and must not include illegal, misleading, confidential, or infringing material. Software, brands, interfaces, models, and content supplied by JAQO or its partners remain protected.
Respect the service and others
You must not:
- bypass access controls or access another person's account;
- introduce malware, overload, or disrupt the service;
- bulk-extract catalogue or user data without permission;
- break the law or infringe intellectual property or privacy;
- present a JAQO render or estimate as a certified technical plan.
Third-party products and professionals
Product prices, availability, dimensions, images, and links come from third parties and may change. Always verify the seller's page before purchase. A kitchen quote request is sent to the professional you choose and becomes binding only after that professional validates it and you accept their terms.

A design aid, not a certified survey
Scans, measurements, collisions, renders, and suggestions are visual aids and may vary from reality. Have measurements, utilities, structure, standards, and site constraints checked before ordering, cutting, or building. JAQO may maintain, change, or discontinue a feature for technical or security reasons.
Ending use
You may delete your account at any time. JAQO may remove content or suspend access for a breach, security risk, or legal duty, using a proportionate measure where circumstances allow. Terms that must survive closure continue to apply.
Limits allowed by law
JAQO provides the service with reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability or accuracy of third-party data. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, JAQO is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by treating a visualisation as an execution plan.
Changes to these terms
JAQO may update these terms to reflect the service or law. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
